· Cancellation of the product is not be accepted once the tracking is shared or product is delivered to the customer.
· If the quality of the product is not up to the mark or lesser or not available, then one is eligible to cancel the order.
· Cancellation of the product is only accepted; when the customer cancels the order within 24 hours from the time of the order being placed.
· We accept the cancellation only via email.
· Once the order is canceled, the refund amount will be provided within the 8-10 business days.
· The order cannot be canceled if the payment is processed by credit/debit/or any other payment method concerning the norms.
· The cancellation of the product does not fall under the category of express shipping.
· An order placed is always processed for dispatch after completion of 24 hours.
· While canceling the order, share all the order details to process the cancellation.
